Where will my pet stay?
Your pet will stay at My Pawcation's home-style boarding location in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. Transport is arranged between your agreed handover point and the boarding location.
Can you collect from Puchong, Seri Kembangan or Ampang?
Yes. These areas are within our Klang Valley transport coverage. Send your postcode, pet details and requested dates so we can confirm the route and quote.
Do you cover Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam and Klang?
Yes, by advance arrangement. Longer trips are quoted based on distance and schedule.
Does a transport quote confirm the boarding slot?
No. We confirm your pet's suitability, the boarding slot and the transport schedule together before payment secures the booking.
